Research and development ability
The company has 19 R&D personnel, including 2 senior engineers, 8 engineers and 9 assistant engineers.
The R&D team has rich experience in design and has been deeply involved in the automotive parts industry for many years. They have successively developed a number of products such as the AW165 series, AW170 series, AW250 series, etc., including silicone oil fan clutches, cooling fans, electrically controlled silicone oil clutch water pumps, etc.

Plastic Fan Molds & Injection Molding
The company currently has 86 plastic fan molds, which can produce fan blades with diameters ranging from 450mm to 1000mm, and can be customized according to customer needs.


500T Injection molding machine
For fan products with a maximum diameter of 0.7 meters. Production capacity: 600 per day


1000T Injection molding machine
To meet fan products with a maximum diameter of 1 meter. Production capacity: 400 per day


Die Casting Machines
The company has three die casting machines, can produce 100 mm to 380 mm diameter of aluminum parts. For aluminum die-casting parts, the company adopts a combination of outsourcing and independent production to optimize production time, ensure on-time delivery, and effectively control costs and product quality.

  • Has obtained certifications for IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.
  • Establish a complete quality management system throughout the entire process, standardize the procedures, and improve the review mechanisms at each stage.
  • Comprehensively implement ERP management and the two-in-one integration model. Utilize advanced quality inspection tools and scientific inspection methods to conduct statistics, analysis, control and improvement of product quality.

 

Research and development

  • Strengthen the quality control during the design stage, adopt the strategy of moving quality control forward, shift the focus of quality management from "post-event inspection" to "design prevention", and identify and avoid potential defects during the design stage.
  • Technical standardization: Define unified design specifications, detect design flaws, and enhance the manufacturability of products.
  • Root cause analysis and closed-loop improvement: Use the 5WHY analysis method to trace the root cause of quality issues, formulate improvement measures and verify their effectiveness, and establish a problem closed-loop management mechanism

 

Purchasing

  • Strengthen the full life-cycle management of suppliers, and conduct dynamic assessment and screening

  • Promote cross-departmental collaboration, jointly establish a special team with the technical and quality departments as well as suppliers, and formulate improvement plans for quality issues.

 

Production

  • Strengthen the quality awareness of all staff and conduct training, establish the "three-check" mechanism, and regularly carry out quality education and skill improvement activities.
  • Establish a hierarchical quality inspection system, and adopt a three-stage process control and data-based monitoring approach.
  • Standardized production processes and on-site management are unified, with consistent operation norms. Strict 5S management is also implemented on-site.
  • Strengthen the collaborative management of raw materials and suppliers, implement stricter incoming inspection, and jointly carry out quality improvement efforts.
